Expedited shipping times do not account for order processing time. Our shipping methods are subject to change without notice. Aluminum Watch Briefcases and Impact Watch Cases are not eligible for international shipping.
Please note that if your package wasn't delivered as indicated by your tracking number, you would need to notify InvictaStores.com customer service via email at help@invictastores.com within 7 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We will file a lost package claim on your behalf, which takes anywhere from 8-15 business days. Notification outside this time frame will make the order ineligible for replacement or store credit.
If the shipping package/item(s) arrive damaged, are missing, or received incorrectly, please advise us within 3 business days of delivery. We will need images of your shipping package along with the packing slip that accompanied your order to further assist.
Please note: If the carrier could not deliver your package and the package is returned to us, the item(s) will be refunded back to the original form of payment. You may replace the order.

Process & Handling of Orders Prior to Shipment
Our team needs 3-5 business days to prepare your shipment. This includes the preparation of your Invicta order so that we can protect it with the appropriate packing materials. We also utilize recycled materials wherever possible to eliminate environmental impact.
We will send the order tracking number to the registered email address, and it will also be made available in the My Account section. Ground packages typically arrive within 4 to 5 business days after shipment for orders placed within the US. International shipping times may vary.
